Does anybody knows about the working conditions for flight attendants in Global jet? I was invited to an interview but as organize the travel to Geneve from Dubai it's pretty difficult I would like to have some specific information before going. Rosters, layovers, contract?

Thank you so much!

globaljet interview and salaries

Hi Guys, just been invited to a global jet interview, but it looks like I have to organize the travel to luxembourg, and since I am in the middle east, need to know if when they invite you for a interview, they are pretty serious, otherwise it is a gamble.

Anyone knows if the home base can be chosen by the pilot, ei: middle east? or has it to be europe?

Any f/o salaries for experienced falcon 50 pilots?

thanx for any help

Did the interview last year. Very odd. Kept me waiting 2 hours. Interview took 10 mins. Interviewer more uncomfortable than me! Offered job then never heard from them again. Just ignored my emails. Be prepared!

Had an interview earlier this year. Same experience as happyjack. Cost me the best part of a grand to get there, and not so much as a reply from them!

I understand that there would be a different experience if you are french, or at least fluent in french.

Of course there are no promises, and the interview is very short, but if I was you I would go, unless you have many other good offers.

I started recently in GJC, interview was short, but all my requests were met, and I was respectfully treated in every aspect, even if i am not French!

Cheers

Which difference?

But what is the difference between Global Jet Luxembourg and Geneva?
Same company? Who pay the salary? Who give the flight planning? Should i find a flat in Geneva if i work for them?

there is no much rules at Global, each contract is different and according to the relationship you have with the boss you can get pay rise or not. Usually 2 weeks on 2 off, travel in your days off, so more like 17 on 13 off, no holidays, recurrent on your days off too !

Not the best but at least its a job..

Difference GVA & LUX

Laziale,

GVA is the commercial & dispatch (including flight planning) part of the company, LUX is responsible for the AOC, crewing (salaries), Mx, etc. Normally you can choose your own homebase/gateway like the other 'big' companies do.
