Some definitions
What exactly is included in a wet lease is not universally agreed. My own definition is that a "wet" lease includes fuel - that's what makes it wet
There is a scale which goes:
Dry lease - you're leasing the bare asset from the owner.
Dry ACMI - the lessor provides an airplane with crew, maintenance and basic insurance, but the aircraft is "dry" - you buy the fuel and oil, plus all the flight costs.
Wet ACMI - as above, but now the price includes the fuel and oil. You're still paying the airway charges, landing and handling, passenger taxes, catering and crew meals/hotac etc.
Charter - an all-inclusive price - there's nothing else to pay.
Your schedule - two trips a day (nearly four hours a day), five days a week - if maintained for a reasonable period, is a very high utilisation for a bizjet and you would probably get a very attractive hourly rate if you guaranteed that volume. The actual rate would depend very much on the negotiation and the "quality" of your guarantee.

Leasing Costs
Astina,
Hi, try Controller.com, in the menu section find "aircraft for lease". On a good day, the companies listing aircraft for lease will have indicative lease costs in the spec/data sheet.
