Eastern Airlines

I'm interested in learning more about the demise of Eastern Airlines in 1991. If anyone could give me a rundown on the events leading up to the collapse, and the reasons behind it I'd be most grateful. Book/website recommendations would be great as well.

Bankrupt management of corrupt business tycoon Frank Lorenzo. Big labor problems. Impossibility of continuing successful operations with only scab pilots.
