737NG Simulator (Re)launch
 

Hi all,

I'm part of a team who used to run ufly737.com, a fixed based 737NG sim which is now lying in storage since the business closed in Sept last year.

As part of the team we're looking to relaunch the sim in an aviation related environment, this sim is for entertainment purposes only and not CAA approved for any MCC training, therefore we're looking at letting kids try their hand at flying or possibly some other ventures like virtual type rating preparations for ATPL grads.

We are looking for venues around the London area who may be interested in working with us to help get it relaunched; the owner would like the sim to be made use of in a professional environment where it can be used constructively, so no garages or spare bedrooms ta.

We had some chap on NZ radio this morning using a similar system to raise money for his project. It was for a camera that
you wear so that you can save any incidents that you say find funny and wish to keep.He claims that you have to push a button to
actually "keep" the pictures and he also claims that the camera is easily seen by others and so not a spy camera. I can foresee
fisticuffs if the wrong type of person sees it :):)
