If correct OH

RegDep 17th Aug 2011 17:03

Reg, how was your chick?
A bit leaner, if you know what I mean :8.

(Carden)-Baynes Bee sounds like a good one…..

Lightning Mate 17th Aug 2011 17:03

Great shot mate. :ok:

diesel addict has declared OH.

Can only subscribe to the LHS one.

OH?

skytrain10 17th Aug 2011 17:34

Dassault Falcon 10 possibly....a somewhat distorted rear view, presumably taken with a wide angle lens!

Lightning Mate 17th Aug 2011 17:42

Or an Aerospatiale?

Only because the Falcon has dihedral on the tailplane.

skytrain10 17th Aug 2011 17:50

Mmm, Aerospatiale....do you mean the Corvette? If so that has wing tanks.

Going to have to sign off. Engines don't look right for the Falcon 10 either, but in case I am correct it will have to be OH. Cheers.

Lightning Mate 17th Aug 2011 17:51

Not all have wing tanks.

Here at Hurn though, FRA operates Falcon 20s.

skytrain10 17th Aug 2011 17:56

Ah, in that case you could be right. Definitely not the Falcon 20....the wings are wrong.

RegDep 17th Aug 2011 18:03

Not Aerospatiale, not Dassault.

Got to become some full scale mock-ups, but not further….

The engines

Let me speed this one up a bit:

Clues: First to order this aircraft was Bill Lear, and he got his deposit back when US government chose the engine type for a cruising missile and banned its civilian use…..

SincoTC 17th Aug 2011 18:54

Abend Reg,

I think that's the Foxjet ST600 ??

Just having my first look in of the day, seems to have been motoring along nicely, welcome back to LM too! Got another couple of hours work before I go home so it'll have to be an OH if correct, sorry

RegDep 17th Aug 2011 18:56

I think that's the Foxjet ST600
Well thought!

Over to you :D

SincoTC 17th Aug 2011 18:59

Thanks Reg, looks like my edit crossed your reply, sorry but it's an Open House as I'm back to work now!

Edit: Disregard that OH; finished early, off home now so cogitate on this, It's a non-flying replica, but let's see if SC can provide the correct name ;) !! Back in fifteen mins!

RegDep 17th Aug 2011 19:41

Looks a bit like the Breguet-Michelin we were quite recently wrestling with….

SincoTC 17th Aug 2011 19:45

Gimme a type number and it's yours, and it's not a fighter as I'm sure you know!! :)

RegDep 17th Aug 2011 20:00

Breguet-Michelin BM-5. A bomber. Michelin in Clermont-Ferrand made about 1000 bombers in WW1.
