Lualdi L-55
OH this time please.

Lightning Mate 2nd Aug 2011 13:45

Another one bites the dust. :D

This time HP has (sadly) declared Open House.

...need bigger sleeve mate.....

I think RD is now going to seek revenge................

HappyPass 2nd Aug 2011 13:47

Apart from the sleeve, I'm going, so no time to monitor.
See ya tomorrow (probably) http://factoryjoe.s3.amazonaws.com/e...on-0128-hi.gif

Lightning Mate 2nd Aug 2011 13:48

TTFN mate.:ok:

I'm all alone........:{

Lightning Mate 2nd Aug 2011 14:04

I also have to go for a while.

...kick the tyres, light the fires, first one airborne is the leader...........

Cannot bear the silence

Lightning Mate 2nd Aug 2011 15:46

Just as I'm going home. :\

Is that the new Embraer ?

RegDep 2nd Aug 2011 15:51

Not an Embraer, Mate.

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 16:00

Hi Reg. Reminds me of the Antonov An-148. but the tail doesn't look right. A project?

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 16:05

Take that back...the Kawasaki XC-2?

RegDep 2nd Aug 2011 16:06

Kawasaki C-2
That's it!

Or Kawasaki XC-2, number 201 - first prototype.

Over to you!

(Ready to post?)

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 16:17

Thanks Reg. My first thought (honestly) was the Kawasaki C-1, but of course that had low by-pass engines. I forgot all about the C-2!

I'll give it a go. I have no editing software of any use on this PC so apologies that what will follow is not a silhouette - but it should make it easier. I'll monitor on and off during the evening - assuming it lasts more than a few mins!

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 16:20

Here we go:

RegDep 2nd Aug 2011 16:34

Does this belong to the Iranian Azarakhsh (Thunder) fighter family?

Like Saeqeh.

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 16:56

My deception worked!

Not Iranian and no connection with the Azarkhsh that I'm aware of.

SincoTC 2nd Aug 2011 17:01

Evening Gentlemen,

Ken, I'd say that's the unfortunate Canadian Venga TG-10 ??

If it is, I'm afraid it'll have to be Open House please as I'm just having a coffee break and then it's back to work again for a couple of hours!

RegDep 2nd Aug 2011 17:07

You no-good

The Canadian Venga TG-10 Project

Let's put it this way: I was on track, and I saw that it only had one engine, but did not want to retract my stab. How does that sound :8.

(And this story has a special merit on its side, because it happens to be true.)

skytrain10 2nd Aug 2011 17:10

Well done Trevor:ok:.It is indeed the Venga TG-10 from Canada ....whose design considerably predates the aforementioned Iranian aircraft, albeit that both designs originated from the F-5. Clearly in project mode in the picture, the prototype was built, but destroyed in a fire.

SincoTC has declared Open House.

Lightning Mate 2nd Aug 2011 17:15

Good evening everyone - just arrived home.:)

Tell me now, which RAF pilots are experts at low flying.......
