Thank you for posting a cockpit challenge. A pointer: To increase the difficulty, and reduce guess work, posters usually remove the manufacturer's name from rudder pedals, logos on control yokes, and registration/call-sign placards.

Fitter2 has it - the Stemme S10 motorglider.

I can see why it might be thought a pusher, since the prop is hidden when the engine is stopped. See the pictures here: Stemme S10 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

LNAV on the panel (=glider) and the big handle in the middle were a bit of a give-away, although I have only flown one once, a few years ago.
