Beech Staggerwing?

Beech Staggerwing |
I was struggling to find something suitable. How about this?

'tis an Anas platyrhynchos from the nest of Grumman.
Open house! |
Yes, the Grumman G-73 Mallard amphibian.
Dear Mark 1, Thank you for posting a cockpit challenge. A pointer: To increase the difficulty, and reduce guess work, posters usually remove the manufacturer's name from rudder pedals, logos on control yokes, and registration/call-sign placards. Best regards, Bri |
No wild fowl connection here:

G'day India.
Kitplane? Pusher amphibian? |
Not either of those, mate.

Stemme S10??
|
Sorry for the delay. I've been travelling.
Fitter2 has it - the Stemme S10 motorglider. I can see why it might be thought a pusher, since the prop is hidden when the engine is stopped. See the pictures here: Stemme S10 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia You have control, Fitter2. |
LNAV on the panel (=glider) and the big handle in the middle were a bit of a give-away, although I have only flown one once, a few years ago.

Sting S3 perchance?
|
Or maybe a TL-2000.
|
Lightning Mate has it, the Sting indeed - I was wondering after a couple of days whether a clue was needed, but obviously not.
Over to a WIWOL... |
After 24-hrs, a clue is suggested...
|
Thanks F2.
I'll offer this one up. Brian? |

tut tut Fitter.
I only looked at this at lunchtime today. |
Hi LM
Brian suggested a clue after 24 hrs, a convention I was unaware of, but am happy to conform to the senior residents ;) |
I'll offer this one up. Couldn't see this on Mel's list.... http://img715.imageshack.us/img715/31/img486g.jpg |
