BAC 1-11 40th Anniversary
Understand there is to be a 4Oth anniversary celebration of the first flight of the BAC 1-11 at Hurn on 23 August - anyone know any details?
And on a similar vein, an American AP specialist friend of mine said there were ex-ROMBAC fuselages & jigs stored at Chester. Any truth to this?
