New Fiction Book 8th Air Force Airfield WW2

Hi All

May I recommend a fairly new book ( March 2003 ) called " Under An English Heaven "

The Author is Robert Radcliffe and it is published by Abacus with an ISBN No. 0349115036.

This book is a fictional account of a 8th Air Force Base in Suffolk during WW2.
It covers both the Bomber Ops and the effect on the local village and it's people.

It has excellent reviews on Amazon Uk.

Regards Martin Burney

Just out of interest, does anyone know who the real author is, as the book states that Robert Radcliffe is a psuedonym?
