More of Croydon Airport gone.

Driving around the back of the North side of Croydon, I note that the last of the old Spitfire and Hurricane hangars have been bulldozed. These hangars were home to 501 and 92 Squadrons in the war - as well as others.

I suppose it is inevitable but it still grinds to see it.

Good God!

I thought Airport House was all that was left.

Sheer vandalism, is nothing sacred...
