Canadair CL-215

Not strictly nostalgia I know, but I was surprised to hear a big pair of radials trundling over Rush Green on the approach to LTN on Friday. Oh yes, they were attached to a Canadair 215 which I assume is going home after a summer season in Spain/S. France/Italy?

Any info Lew Ton?

Zagreb! Didn't expect that one.

Cheers vintage ATCO (formerly known as Lew Ton).

PS why the name change? Retired already
