Manchester Science Museum - Wooden Aircraft Wheel

In the 90's I took this image of a wheel in The Science Musuem in Manchester which has since been disbursed. It is all that survives from an attempt to build a large aircraft in the UK in the 1900's.

I thought it was from the Tarrant Tabor, but I think it may be even earlier than that after recalling a photo I have seen but now cannot find. Any info?

Thanks very much for solving that for me - although the provided link wanted me to "subscribe", it led me to another one and to the photo I recall.
