Lancaster

Went to see Lancaster at the cinema today.
Like Spitfire it is a great tribute to the Lancaster and her crews.

I got a copy today from AMAZON and I am looking forward to watching it. There is a NEW RELEASE on Netflix on 6th JUNE if anybody is interested.

Just returned home from watching it at the York Picturehouse Cinema. Outstanding production. Excellent balance between coverage of the aeroplane itself and the courageous crews who flew in them. Only criticism I have is that, at the end, there was no coverage of Op MANNA, that might have been a thought provoking revelation for many members of the General Public that might chance to view it. As it was, total audience: 6
