Sir Thomas Sopwith is commemorated with a blue plaque on his former London home at 46 Green Street, Mayfair. Plenty of images on the interweb.

I used to live a stones throw (ok maybe a decent golf ball drive) away from his former Warfield, Berks residence, Warfield Hall. The recent Warfield urban extension saw a new road named after him....Sopwith Road.
