BEA Names

Anyone know what the "R.M.A." stands for on the names of BEA aircraft. Having a nose at RMA Sir Robert Falcon Scott @ Cosford today and pondered on said question without success.

Separate note: The Vulcan / Victor there are deteriating very fast and without rapid action will have a scrapman a calling. Sad really. Whereas the airliner collection manages to keep it looks regardless of the weather.
