Air Ministry Terms early 1940s

Would anyone know the following terms please in relation to Glasgow University Air Squadron?

The Squadron came under the direct control of Air Ministry TPE2 until early 1942, when it was transferred to Air Ministry TUAS

Many Thanks
KeMac

Evidently both branches in the Air Ministry. I would guess at Training Pre-Entry, and Training, University Air Squadrons. The monthly Air Force Lists of the time give details of AM directorates, but I don't have easy access at the moment. There's a set in the National Archives, in their open-access (i.e. don't need a reader's ticket) reading room.

Thank you Innominate - that certainly sounds about right. I will be making a trip to Kew at the end of the month so will double check.
