Recce heritage collection at former RAF Coltishall?

I recently heard that a far-sighted individual is putting together a heritage collection of cameras, scanners, pods etc. relating to recce (aerial reconnaissance) on the site of the former RAF Coltishall. Can anyone confirm this? If so, I would be extremely grateful if I could be put in touch with the person concerned please. Many thanks :-)
