captured Cant Z506B Airone at Alexandria 1943
Does anyone have any knowledge as to what happened to CANT Z506B / RAF HK977 after being flown to Alexandria from Kalafrana in 1942.
Hendon Archives show it was acknowledged by HQ Middle East as being on strength- with others (I have their RAF numbers) - in December 1943.
Probably used for ASR but so far I have been unable to confirm - or when it was w/o due to lack of spares- or abandoned etc.
