The brothers who with Bennett and Shiers flew a Vickers Vimy England to Australia in 1919 , will be the subject of a forthcoming biography by Rick Searle ('The Man Who Saved Smithy'). Ross will be Rick's primary focus, as his war service in Palestine (1917-1918) was so distinguished. A long shot, but maybe someone reading this post has knowledge of some obscure source of material relating to Ross, a native of Adelaide, South Australia.
