Any idea what this prop was fitted to?

I spotted this old wood prop being used as an ornament outside a restaurant in northern Thailand today.

Clearly something big and old used it.

I can see it was a four blade Sensenich.

The serial number W9776 indicates that the prop was manufactured between Feb 1967 and May 1968.

The "TC" probably indicates that it's a test club propeller, used for ground testing engines. They typically have short, stubby blades with no twist, as per the photo.
