Liberator or Halifax fire handle?

Hi everybody,

My friend found a handle which is similar to t-handles in the fire suppresion systems in contemporary airplanes (I cannot attach the photo because I have less than 10 posts on the forum...).

I'm searching towards Halifax or Liberator bombers as it was found in Poland, where they were dropping supply for the army during WW2, but I can't find any useful information if they were equipped in fire suppression systems.

Do anybody know anythinkg about the fire suppression systems in these aircrafts or have any photos of the panel?

Regards,
Michal
