Air France Paris-Luanda-???-Harare 1994

I took a 747 flight in 1994 Paris to Harare that stopped in Luanda then somewhere in Congo, then on to Harare. The Congo stop was in the middle of the night. I've been racking my brain trying to remember, and I'm thinking Lubumbashi. Transit pax stayed on the plane. Does anyone recall the route that AF used at this time? Thanks.

Probably Brazzaville.

Their predecessor, UTA, stopped there on the Johannesburg-Nice-Paris route.
