Dakota Fly by!!
Big blue sky, no wind and plenty o sun, what could be nicer than that after a hard days work, well seeing and hearing a lurvly old Dak in drab olive fly by my house at about 1000ft east to west, and recip about one hour later, could have refuelled at EGNH,

Absolutely right!
At Compton Abbas on 6 July, a Dak from Kemble did an amazing low fly by after departing from the GA/Yak Club fly-in.

Thank you R Driver, really brill shots of the low level Dak, not far away from the ground effects, I am evious of the two people caught in the piccie being so close to such a nice A/C passing as close.

Is the one at Popham G-DAKK by any chance? South Coast Airways, the operators, have just been placed into liquidation. See the following statement on their website, it makes interesting reading:
