11 Squadron Lightning question.

Trying to work out the signatures on an 11 Sqn print signed in its final Months with the Lightning. Anyone out there with any ideas?

3 on this one,

and just the one here.

Thanks for looking, and have a jolly weekend.

11 Sqn signatures

Left to right: Alan Page ("Porky"), John Carter ("JC") & Paul Sutton ("Sooty"). I think the lower one is Ian Black ("Blackie").
I have a picture of the whole Squadron in the last few weeks if you'd like me to post...should I successfully connect scanner to laptop?!

I've posted the picture from Jaysi as his computer had a bit of a fit posting it. Huge thanks, and hope it's of interest to others.

Left to Right, Ian McDonald-Webb, Marc Ims, Dick Coleman (Australian exchange), John Carter, Simon Braithwaite, Chris Berners-Price, Jake Jarron (CO), Derek Smith, Ian Hollingworth, Steve Moir, Paul Cooper, John Aldington, Paul Sutton, Alan Page, Ian Black.

Thanks again, had given up hope of an answer!

11 Sqn

Wonderful photo chaps.
I gather 1988.
Any idea where they all ended up.
Thanks.

Where are they now...

I estimate (reasonably accurately) that at least 10 now fly for the airlines
