Silverstone Classic static Hurricane display

Did anyone go to this years Silverstone Classic rocking and racing event? I went and dived into a display tent containing a Hurricane aircraft to avoid the rain it was partially restored. I talked to the guys with the aircraft and no-one actually knew which aircraft it was. I have even contacted Hawker Restorations and unfortunately had no reply.

I was there and like you had a good mooch around the Hurricane in order to get out of the rain - could'nt get into the nearest covered grandstand because I did not have the right ticket so thanks for that Silverstone ! Looked to be a fairly impressive restoration job but very very little of the original aircraft seems destined to survive which begs the question when a restoration becomes a replica. Sorry cannot help you with any more details.
