DC-3 Flight & Exhibition at Findel

For anyone in or close to Luxembourg, this may be worth taking a look:

"Aviation enthusiasts will be able to hop on board a DC-3 for a flight over Luxembourg on May 2 and 3, when the airport in Findel will host a plane exhibition with over a dozen historic and contemporary models on display.

One of the last remaining Douglas DC-3 Dakota planes still licenced for passenger transport will touch down in Luxembourg on May 2.To book your seat contact [email protected] or call +352 4993-494, Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm.

However, there will be much more to discover at the plane exhibition, including the first Cessna 170 registered by the Luxembourg sport aviation club, an L-39 Albatros military jet and a restored Antonov An-2.

Other highlights include a historic Blériot aircraft, and Piper Cup, Piper Tricycle, Bird Dog, Boeing Stearman, Citabria Bellanca, PC12, Columbia, Corsair, Cirrus SW and Mustang machines'
