THE BLUEBIRD CAFE - BROOKLANDS

As far as I can tell hunting through the PPRuNe archives, The Bluebird Cafe has not rated a mention as yet in this hallowed forum.

David Crotty in his highly readable, exhaustively researched book 'A Flying Life: John Duigan and the first Australian aeroplane',

mentions this Brooklands institution, how it was a social focal point for those afflicted early with sky fever.
