Propeller and Rudder Bar identities

I was at the Calgary Aerospace Museum today and saw two items of unkown provenance. Can anyone help with the identities?

Three-bladed fixed pitch left-hand tractor wooden propeller. Blades about 4' long, Hartzell decals on the blades

Avro rudder bar. I'm guessing from a 504. Is it from a K or an N?
