Broadhead & Pessle (Sp'?). Spitfires, TSR2 & Concorde.
I'm trying to find-out some details about a couple of men;-
Mr.George Broadhead;-
Worked at VACBAF (Vickers Armstrong Castle Bromwich Aircraft Factory.) in Birmingham during the war. He'd certainly been a pilot prior to the war, at least a PPLA. He went on to work with -
Mr. Pessle/Pessel;- (Not 100% sure of the correct spelling on that.)
Broadhead and Pessle/Pessel probably worked together on TSR2 and Concorde too. This must have been in some sort of engineering-based capacity.
Any snippets or leads on these two gentlemen and their activities and antecedents would be appreciated, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. Post here or PM's.
