Lets get the ball rolling with Errol Cossey,also in at the begining at Air Europe.

Never mind Buck Fizz, I copped for a new wife from AE.
Still going strong today. Must be the Buck in the Fizz........

Who were the brains behind Air2000 and where are they all now?
The afore-mentioned Errol Cossey on the commercial side, Angus Kinnear in operations and Neil Burrows as a pilot boss who inspired tremendous loyalty amongst his troops. Still think the original colour scheme was one of the best ever for the 757.

But isn't it sad that a thread presumably started as a tribute degenerates so quickly into tribal bitchiness?

When I was young Monarch were operating a clapped out fleet of the likes of B720's and BAC1-11's, pray tell me how they have managed to outsurpass so many of their betters unless there is some truth to the rumour of them being a money laundering operation

Monarch had operated the 757 4 years before Air 2000 had even existed !!
