Anyone recognize these levers?

I am trying to find out which Aircraft these levers came from, if they are from an Aircraft, but have drawn a blank so far. They were used in the second Star Wars film in 1980 so the parts would have been surplus by then and probably from English Aircraft.

The top pic looks to have the mounting block on the bottom and the handles look more Civilian than Military. The second pic looks to be different. The large pic to me doesn't look like a lever, it's too chunky. I was thinking it could be an Emergency Escape tool that has a belt cutter on the end and is complete with the mounting bracket. This is just a guess and could just be something from a tool box. Any help or suggestions would be greatly Appreciated.
