A Seasonal Goggle search
Searching "Pilot's and Flight Engineer's Notes Sleigh I & II" should bring up the relevant replica document, downloadable as a free PDF. Includes Descriptive, difference between Santa Sleigh Mk I and II as well as emergency procedures and an engine cutaway.
Hope you enjoy it as much I did. Merry Christmas, one and all!

Merry Christmas, indeed (it's already approaching lunchtime here near the dateline).
Does anyone know about the history of this priceless document? The outer parts are a very good representation of British Official, c. 1940s, but it has also been perhaps expanded by a non-native speaker ("barb" for "beard", "one time" for "once", more than one time). Does this show that the original manual was revised for use by a multi-national sleighforce?
Be festive.

There are now two versions (at least) on the interwebs, one at the avialogs site (which is, I assume, yours), and another on scribd, which is the first version I found on the googs search.
EDIT: Sorry, my mistake, they are the same.
If you PM me your email, and tell me which you'd like looked at, I'll send you an annotated PDF. It's what I do.
Best wishes
