Canopy rear view mirror

Can anyone help with supplying a mirror of the type fitted to a Hunter?

I have one, what do you want it for?
Used it as a rear view mirror in my car when I was a Hawker apprentice, 50 years ago.
Beware objects appear..........etc!!
