Post-WW2 Prestwick
Can anyone assist John F Crow of NY with the following?
My father was stationed in Prestwick during WWII, with the US Army Air
Corps. He returned in '45-'49 as part of a commercial airline, possibly
Capitol Air. I lived in Prestwick in 1947, when I was 4 years old.
I am hoping to find information about the Americans that returned to Prestwick after the war. Any information, archives, or other sources would be most appreciated.
