I read an account of this occurrence in a book many years ago, a compilation of airplane accidents. I don't remember now whether it was Emergency, crisis in the cockpit or another similar collection of events. The video appears to be a training film for a British airline? In any case this was one of the first accidents I ever studied closely so seeing it here brings back memories from quite awhile ago. Thanks again.
