C-124A crash site in glacier

Wreckage found in Alaska glacier ID'd as 1952 military plane crash that killed 52 - U.S. News

Ironic - a colleague and I were just pondering a C-124 at the AF Museum two weeks ago.

Even more ironic is that others were pondering the C-124 in the NMUSAF at the same time that the news story broke!! Unbelieveable !
