Tiger Moth flight simulators?
Has anyone ever come across one? I'd be delighted to receive any info as I'm helping to compile resources for the de Havilland Moth Club register.. .. .Many thanks,. .. .tb

I don't think there are any "proper" ones. The closest thing is probably an add on made by some amateur for FS98/2000 which can be downloaded at <a href="http://www.simviation.com." target="_blank">www.simviation.com.</a> They are of mixed quality.

The nearest thing to a simulator for a Tiger Moth or any training aircraft of its era would be the "Link" trainer, used for instrument instruction on the ground. It looked rather like a kiddie toy version of an aeroplane: a little tub with a hood, or fully enclosed, mounted on an air pump device to allow some motion, and fitted with flight instruments. Pilot Officer Prune would sit and play in this whilst his desperate instructor had a smoke and a heart attack nearby.
