First thought was that dorsal scoop you see on a Cessna 337. But looking closer, this exhaust is on a trailing edge?

It is an exhaust. The type served in Australia.

Real aircraft. Dorsal engine it is. You will find it in Mel's list for Silhouette Challenge.
