Twin jet yes, Russian no.
Not very big: <70ft long and <30ft wide

I had wondered the same, but the F-111 doesn't fit the dimensions. Also the tail would show from that angle - unless of course its been removed?
Assuming military but the colours appear to reflect a prototype, development or test aircaft?

Perhaps a Sea Vixen then? That would explain the 'missing' tail...
