Two questions prompted by this wonderful film.

1. Where was the Washington taking off from. The far end of the runway looks like 08 with HH below?

2. I've been to Brooklands museum today and was very impressed with all the exhibits, but having seen this film I realised that I didn't see any refererence to tha Valiant. That seems strange since they were built at Weybridge.
(of course I could have missed something).

Anybody any ideas?
