1955-63 Daks; 1962-72 (as Skyways,) -74 as Dan-Air, Avro 748 (Skyways as launch Customer): cheapest-by-air link, London Victoria-Lympne-Beauvais-Paris. I used it twice for Paris Air Shows. Silver City started their Frightener car-ferries there in 1948 till moving in 1954 to their own Ferryfield (Lydd, now London-Ashford!) Grass-only runway till 1967, ending on an inland cliff. Unforgettable.
