Sqn Ldr Joe Berry, DFC**, Doodlebug Ace.
Just wondered if everyone enjoyed the recent article on Sq Ldr Joe Berry in one of our more popular aviation journals.
I, for one , had not heard of this WW2 hero before and I was wondering if there is more out there on his wonderful wartime exploits that we could hear about. 27 V1 kills in a Tempest sounds pretty good!
After all, a DFC with 2 Bars is really something.
