Guido Zuccoli Collection, Australia.
Hi. A friend is shortly to visit this collection of mainly Warbirds? Over dinner tonight, we were recounting Mr Zuccoli's death in a crash some ten years ago. My recollection was that he died as a result of a take-off accident in a Harvard. My friend says it was a seaplane accident. Has anybody any information than can settle this argument. Thanks in advance.

JEM60, Guido died in a Harvard so far as I recall.
Fellow Aussie Col Pay died a couple of years ago in an Air Tractor which I think was a floatplane conversion used for water bombing. Also way, way back, the UK's Mike Carlton was killed in a Sea Bee in southern Africa somewhere. One of those might be the confusion?
