Airline Route Maps
Apologies if there is already a thread devoted to this topic, I couldn't find a recent one.
Is there anyone out there with any ideas on where/how I can source old airline route maps?? I am particularly interested in UK airlines from the 70's through to the 90's especially those now defunct, BCAL, Air UK, Dan Air etc. I am looking to source both inflight mag maps as well as the large wall display maps often given to Travel Agents. Timetables and other promotional material are also of interest to me.
I have tried looking on Ebay but very little has come up over the past few months in this category. At present I live in Oman so am unable to attend aviation nostalgia fairs in the UK - are these a potential source??
