Hot Air Balloon Tragedy

I recall a hot air balloon accident in the late 1960/early 1970s which involved two fatalities.

The balloon was operated oradvertising a Company called Clark Forklift Trucks and came down on a canal tow path. Tragically, it was reckoned another couple of fet one way and it would have landed in the canal and probably have been surviveable.

Does anyone recall this accident and can they point me in the direction of the AAIB report.

Many thanks
