Hawker Henley

I have a strong recollection of seeing a Henley displaying at an Open/BoB Day in the late `40s/early `50s. Anyone confirm/deny ? Syc

Hawker Henley.

Both prototypes, K5115 and K7554, SOC 25-3-41 and to 3674M 7-43.

Production a/c delivered between November 1938 and September 1940 from Gloster Aircraft, Brockworth, Glos.

The Miles Martinet replaced the Henley, flying on the 24th April 1942.
The Martinet went into RAF service in 1943.

The Henley were withdrawn from RAF service by the end of 1943.
