How many people needed to keep WWII Mustang flying?

I am doing some research into 16 Squadron during in WWII and am trying to get an idea of how many people were needed to get (and keep) an Army Co-operation Mustang flying - apart from the pilot.

What did fitters and a riggers do?
What other ground crew would be needed?

Any information would be fantastic.

Hi Motherbird, I just Googled 16 Squadron and I believe you will find your answers in abundance there.
