Good to see this aeroplane become available for rebuild at long last and I hope it can stay here with a Centaurus nailed on the front. But I'll wager it ends up in the USA with a R3350...

but when are they going to sell some of those gazelles stored at shawbury ???

Infact when you look at our service museums. There are quite a few 'reserve' airframes in storage that could be put back in the air if sold.

Why should they keep these public paid for hulls locked away for 20-30 years, when they often have numerous examples already on display.

Come on gordan, a nice big auction would also help UK plc pay off its debts
