Considering the 2500ft ceiling imposed by the CAA, what a superb show! (Mud included!)

Two negative comments however:

The commentators liked the sound of their own voices too much! Do we need a blow by blow description of each display? (AND inaccurate at times!) Granted we were allowed the pleasure of listening to the BBMF and the glider but let us listen to other displays too please!

Bottled water at £1.80 a bottle! Rip-off. They are making over 100% profit per bottle! (500ml bottles of water can be bought in supermakets for well under half that price!) Another case of rip-off britain eploiting a captive audience. Prices are obviously fixed as ALL the vendors drinks were the same price! (And I thought price-fixing was frowned on!)

I thought the commentators waffled on too much also !!! Did you see all the abandoned Top Gear vehicles nr the gate 2 exit ?? My kids loved the Fiat Panda stretch limo, and the "Damper van "!

Dunsfold 2007

A few shots from today's action, on the whole a very good show that benefited from superb weather. Highlights for me was the Nimrod/Hurricane duo and the superlative Neville Duke tribute with the Spitfire and Hunter pair.

Further comments and photos tomorrow.

Batchy.
