USAAF uniform
Hi guys,
I don't find my self in this forum very often but think that maybe I should.
I don't know if anyone can help me but I would like to buy a taylored USAAF officers No1 dress uniform with insignia for an up and coming event but I have no idea where to start. I have googled it but haven't got very far. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also, someone has asked me to look into buying a dummy (rubber) M1 carbine rifle. Any ideas???

The USAF Band of Flight performs in WWII era uniforms - that may be a lead for you.
Every summer they do a concert or two at the WWII hangar at the National Museum of the Air Force (ex-USAFM) in Dayton. Fine band, fine show Glenn Miller style!
